Terms of service

1. Who we are
Eldrim Compute ("Eldrim", "we") is a brand of Happi Hacking AB, org. nr 556912-2707, a Swedish limited company. These terms apply between Happi Hacking AB and the business that opens an Eldrim account ("you"). Contact: support@eldrim.ai.
2. The service
Eldrim provides an OpenAI-compatible API, a web console and related tools for running AI models. We route each request to a compute provider that meets your account's residency policy and record which provider served it and that provider's configured execution location. The service is in early access: models, providers, prices and features change as it develops.
3. Accounts and API keys
Accounts are for businesses and other organisations, not for consumers. You create, name and revoke your API keys in the console, and you are responsible for their use and for keeping them secret. A key is shown once, when it is created; we store only a hash of it and cannot show it again. If a key may have been exposed, revoke it in the console at once, or tell us and we revoke it. A key can be given an expiry when it is created; after that date it no longer works.
The console is reached by signing in with a Google account. Each person who signs in as a member of your account can see its usage, buy credit for it, and create and revoke its API keys, so you are responsible for who has that access and for the security of those Google accounts. Tell us when someone should gain or lose access.
4. Prepaid credit and prices
- You pay in advance by buying credit, by card through Stripe or by invoice when agreed. Amounts are in Swedish kronor. VAT is added where it applies; business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are charged under the reverse-charge rule.
- Each request is charged at the model's price per million input and output tokens that applies when the request is made. Current prices are shown in the console and returned by the API's model list.
- When the balance reaches zero, new requests are refused until you top up. A request already running when the balance runs out is completed and charged, so the balance can end slightly below zero; the next top-up covers it.
- Credit is valid for 12 months from purchase. Refunds follow our refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the service in your own products and internal work. You may not:
- use it for anything unlawful, or to create content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or infringes others' rights;
- use it to build or operate weapons, malware, or attacks on systems you do not own;
- try to reach other customers' data, probe or overload the service, or get around rate limits or billing;
- resell raw API access as a standalone service without a written agreement with us.
AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for how you use it, and for human oversight where decisions affect people.
6. Your content and data
Prompts and responses pass through our gateway to the provider that runs the model. We do not store their content. We store metadata about each request: time, model, provider, jurisdiction, token counts and price. You keep all rights to your content. Our privacy policy describes the personal data we handle.
7. Availability
During early access the service is provided without a service level agreement. We aim for good availability but may pause it for maintenance, security or capacity reasons, and a model can become unavailable when its provider is. Requests that fail are not charged.
8. Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or others at risk, or is not paid for. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@eldrim.ai.
9. Liability
The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, for example in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. We give at least 30 days' notice by email of changes that are to your disadvantage; if you do not accept them, you may close your account before they take effect and have unused credit refunded.
11. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance.
