Refund policy

Eldrim is paid for in advance with credit. This policy says when unused credit is refunded.

• Within 14 days of purchase: unused credit from that purchase is refunded on request, in full including VAT.
• If we end the service or close your account without a breach of the terms on your part, all unused credit is refunded.
• If we change the terms to your disadvantage and you close your account before the change takes effect, unused credit is refunded.
• Charges caused by an error on our side, such as a request charged twice, are credited back to your balance.
• Otherwise credit is not refundable, and it expires 12 months after purchase.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 10 working days. To ask for one, write to support@eldrim.ai with your account id, shown in the console.
